24/7 Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention. An online chat service is available (nightly, 7 days) from 7.00pm to 4.00am (Sydney Time). Available in Australia only. The Lifeline website includes a number of online resources including self-help tools. Calls to Lifeline are free from mobile phones, including pre-paid and post-paid phones.
